I'm like that too. My problem isn't drawing though, it's taking it from the drawing to anything clean and presentable. I get all the way down to scanning and then I freeze when trying to figure out how to do the actual work. I'd suggest taking 15 minutes out of your day to draw any random object, but nobody ever actually listens to me. lol

Anyway, I can't wait to see your new piece! I'm sure it's going to be absolutely gorgeous.

Motivation with art has always been my weakest link.

I made some but just for business work. and not really interesting ! Just super corporate ^^

So now, I would like to start something new, but I can't too...
And don't know why, maybe afraid to make something horrible after all this time...

So strange.

yeah, my last one was about six months too

but now i'm in a urge to post something and drawing a little bit almost every day... i'm trying some new techniques and i can tell you that i'm very satisfied with the results by now.

and same here Paul, you know i am a admirer of your work and always look forward for something new!

exactly. i usually have lots of ideas also and even start with some of them (i have at least five pieces started) but if some little thing goes wrong i'm sort of give up (the same "freeze" feeling...) because i just can't keep going... weird, but i'm always like that... and worst, i never go back to those pieces, i completely lose the motivation.

but in some drawings like this new one i'm working, everything seems to be cooperating... from the sketch to the actual vector (even trying some new ways of painting) everything i try is working. good, because this way i keep always motivated.

i will just take a little more to finish it because, well, the laziness is part of my process too.
